Places To Adopt A Pet In Chicagoland

Every year, between 6-8 million dogs and cats are turned over to animal shelters. Sadly, between 3-4 million of them are also euthanized by shelters each year. Together we can reduce this number by considering adopting a shelter pet as opposed to purchasing one from breeders or pet stores.  If you are willing to provide a forever home for a homeless animal in Chicagoland, here are a few shelters in the area:
